PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once shipped.

DELIVERY DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, FedEx, or other 
carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

delivery date. We will investigate and resolve promptly.

WRONG ADDRESS
