RETURN & REFUND POLICY — CraftedLane Art

We want you to love everything you order. If you're not completely satisfied, 
we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Items are eligible for return if:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery date
- Item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Digital products
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Items damaged due to customer misuse

HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us at info@craftedlane.art with your order number
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
4. Once received and inspected, refund is processed within 5–7 business days

REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
- PayPal: 3–5 business days

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of 
delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost.

SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was 
damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
